I. Seeing you is like a gift from heaven
Your beauty still shines, you're making me happy
Today is bright, no cloud in the sky can make me feel sad
'cause you're my angel, you lost your wings the day you have fallen
And peace spurts out of your veins
If only you were real again, here with me
II. Your skin was as pure as snow, you wouldn't like me to go
The air you were breathing, the scent that was abounding was you
I'd like to see you again, but now you're in nowhere land
And I'm crying, 'cause my angel found his wings again
I can't sleep anymore since you left the shores of this world
If only you were real again, here with me
Chorus. I'm missing you son, why did death take you away?
And I'm cryind and grieving and dying everyday, now
But you won't come back this time
You won't come back
III.It was a cold and stormy night of December, I won't forget
The police rang the bell, I woke up, they told me: "Is Jeremy your son?"
From the moment they spoke, I knew something was wrong with you
"3 a.m.", they said, "on the highway 16", I was in tears
A flash of lightning struck the roof of the house
If only you were real again, here with me
Chorus.
IV. Your self in my mind, my self in the rain, I feel I'm with you sometimes
I hope you see me, I think you do 'cause I feel you, you are there
Three years since you left the shores of this world, this hurts deep inside
The skies miss a star and I miss my angel and the smile on his face
If you're not there anymore, how life can go on, how could this happen to my beloved son?
If only you were real again, here with me
Chorus
So rest in peace son, I hate to say so, but one day I know I'll see you again.
